Pit Stands
There's a slew of stands on the market out there that just are too flimsy
to do the job well. Some of the worst of them will flex so easily that the
bike will fall right off of 'em. Some stands have such a bad rep that you
can't even give them away. So buy a good stand - it's your bike afterall!

PitBull
( pit-bull.com )
The defacto standard to which all other Pit Stands are measured.
The only negative thing I can say about them is that due to their
quality they tend to be a little pricier and a little heavier then the
competition. There's also no way to lock 'em up if the need should ever
arise. I've been meaning to drop 'em off at a welder's to fix that.

DMP S-Spec Front & Rear Paddock Stands
( dmp-parts.com )
I picked these up one day because I needed another set and they were the
cheapest one they had in stock at a local dealership. They're light and
sturdy. The bracing gives a neat place to slide a cable through if I need
to lock the stands up - something that can't be done with a pitbull stand.
kneedraggers.com
is the cheapest place to buy 'em online that I've noticed.
Woodcraft / CFM Motorsports
( woodcraft-cfm.com ) makes
a similar looking stand that is
a little more expensive / sturdy and worth checking out.

Fat Old Man Racing
( fatoldmanracing.com )
A folding pit stand for when you just can't squeeze anything else into
your hauler. This stand can also be assembled with the legs turned for
flat storage.
The DMP R-Spec series (see above) also disassemble in a similar manner
and may be worth checking out.

MSR Bike Crate

It doesn't get much simpler or affordable than this. It's sturdy, tall
enough for all bikes and instead of just taking up space in the truck you
can flip it over and pack stuff in it.
← FMF Step Bike Stand
( fmfracing.com )
I grabbed this because I needed one and it was in stock. It does the job
and if you loosen the bolt on the platform you can rotate your bike while
it's on the stand - nice for a crowded garage.
Height in down position 12.5 inches. Height in up position 16 inches.
Supermoto and smaller bikes may have to lifted an inch or so (come on,
you can do it) to get onto the stand in the lowered position.
