Canopies
Quik Shade
 |
I've have a Quik Shade
12x12 and a 10x10 "Weekender" canopy.
My favorite has been the
10x10 as it is easy to setup by yourself and I got it on clearance from
Sports Authority for $50.
Construction is decent on both. Quik Shade doesn't make wall panels for the
12x12 which would be nice to block the sun or to keep the rain out but, an
8x10 tarp does the job just as well.
sports4less.com
has decent prices if you have to pay retail.

EZ-Up
 |
EZ-Up is another popular alternative.
I have a 10'x20' for
when we need a big pit space. The EZ-Up's are a little more expensive but the quality is generally
regarded as being superior to the Quik Shade. There's a larger selection of accessories for the
EZ-Up's and you can order each part individually if you ever need to make repairs. See
ezup.com for more information.
harborfreight.com
sells 'em relatively cheaply.
Other EZ-Style Canopy Options
- Caravan
- The Popular Costco Brand and my next canopy purchase.
- try-tech.com
- cheaper than Harbor Frieght.
Hard Up's - They're more work but tend to be large and sturdy.
